why detox is not as healthy as it sounds- How not to detox?

“Detox” The latest trend set by entrepreneurs and so called healthy food companies to sell detox treatment that allegedly clean your body from sinful calories and toxin itself is so toxic. Idea that you can flush & clean your body from your harmful eating habits to purify your organ are nothing but big scam, there’s is no science behind it, its just false medical concept designed by companies to sell you there products.

So Before starving yourself with the latest body cleaning system, following fad diet, or jump into the latest juice cleanse, check why detox is not as healthy as it sounds:

The human body does an amazing job, while I am writing this my kidney, liver, colon and even my skin is naturally detoxing by itself, so what are we detoxing by following these fade diets, 7 days body cleaning systems, drinking 100 of green, yellow and all sorts of colorful detoxing teas.

Before getting in to detoxing lets figure out what toxin we are trying to eliminate from our body, is it the hamburger, pizza, deeply fried fries, sugary addictive cold drinks we talking about or perhaps the bottle of wine (alcohol) we finished last night. Think about it!!!

Bottom line If you really want to clean toxin from your body, you don’t need those expensive brand cleaning systems, you can detox your body by just changing your habits or adapting healthier lifestyle and exercising regularly as our body detox itself all you have to do is focus in improving your metabolism and digestion.

Also these detoxing treatments and serious calories restricted diets not only harmful but they have a lot of side effects on your immune system leading to serious medical complications.

  • Improve your digestive system by removing potential allergic and harmful foods e.g. soya, wheat, dairy, gluten, sugary, caffeinated and aerated drinks from your diet.
  • Opt for healthy and organic food, add more proteins, (eggs, lean meat, omega) fibers, fruits and leafy vegetables to your diet.
  • Drink plenty of water, water is a great way to flush out toxins from your body and get yourself feeling healthier and better on a daily basis.
  • Improve your metabolism by eating healthy and exercise regularly, reports say adding intense circuit and high intensity workouts in your routine improves your metabolism and removes toxins and harmful fat from your body.
  • Make a deal with your self and get minimum 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night, as quality sleep is very essential for optimizing weight-loss hormones like growth hormone, it also improve your metabolism.

Our body is designed to purify itself, if you are detoxing because of some medical condition or concerned about your health, consult your physician or certified doctors. don’t just follow the trends learn to Love and respect your body as this is only place you have to live in.

And remember different things work for different people find what is healthy and what works for you.
